Water polo is a competitive team sport played in the water between two teams. Whether you are looking for a fun way to get fit, a great way to make new friends, or a sporting discipline that could take you all the way to the Olympics, Water Polo is both challenging and fun.
The history of water polo as a team sport began as a demonstration of strength and swimming skill in late 19th century England and Scotland. Within the SASA Midland District Water Polo is mainly delivered by Menzieshill Whitehall Swimming & Waterpolo Club.
